Terms of Service
Effective Date: January 1, 2026
By accessing or using Shimuv (“Platform”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
Shimuv may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Shimuv.
If you are under 18, you represent that you have parental or guardian consent. Shimuv is not intended for children under 13.
Shimuv enforces strict child safety policies and zero tolerance for sexual content involving minors.
You are responsible for all activity under your account and safeguarding your credentials.
Account creation to evade enforcement or abuse the Platform is prohibited.
You may upload or generate content including audio, lyrics, text, images, and metadata (“User Content”). You retain ownership of content you upload.
With respect to AI-generated outputs, to the extent permitted by law, you retain whatever rights you may have. Shimuv does not guarantee that any AI-generated output is copyrightable, protectable, or unique.
You are solely responsible for verifying that your use of any output does not infringe third-party rights.
You grant Shimuv a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, process, display, and distribute your User Content solely to:
- Operate and provide the Platform
- Perform AI processing you request
- Enable sharing you choose
- Enforce safety, security, and legal compliance
This license ends when you delete your content or account, subject to legal and backup retention.
Shimuv does not currently train or fine-tune AI models using user content. The Platform uses third-party AI APIs for inference and processing only.
Your content is processed only to deliver features you request.
If Shimuv introduces AI training programs in the future, participation will be strictly opt-in and governed by separate agreements. No user content will be used for training without explicit consent.
AI outputs may be unpredictable, non-unique, or resemble existing works. Shimuv does not guarantee originality, copyrightability, or fitness for any purpose.
Shimuv enforces zero tolerance for pornographic, sexually explicit, exploitative content, and any sexual content involving minors (CSAM).
Hate speech, harassment, scams, impersonation, malware, scraping, and abuse are strictly prohibited.
Violations may result in immediate termination and reporting to authorities.
Shimuv uses automated systems and human review to enforce policies. Content may be scanned at upload or after publication.
Shimuv may remove content, suspend or terminate accounts, and preserve information for legal or safety purposes.
Creator monetization is not currently active. No compensation is owed. Any future programs are discretionary and not guaranteed.
Paid features may be offered in the future. Third-party processors may apply additional terms.
Shimuv may modify or discontinue features at any time without liability.
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shimuv shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid in the prior 12 months or $100.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Shimuv from claims arising from your use or content.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
