Shimuv is currently developing its Creator Earnings and Monetization features. At this time, creators do not earn revenue, royalties, or other compensation from content created, uploaded, or generated on the Shimuv platform.
Any references to earnings, payouts, monetization, or creator rewards are forward-looking only and are not guaranteed.
No Retroactive Compensation
Participation on Shimuv prior to the launch of monetization features does not entitle users to retroactive payments, royalties, or compensation of any kind.
Past activity, engagement metrics, content creation, or platform participation will not result in retroactive earnings or payments once monetization becomes available. All earnings systems, if implemented, will be prospective only and will apply only to activity after the official launch of monetization features.
Future Monetization (Conditional & Discretionary)
When monetization becomes available, eligibility, payout structure, and participation requirements will be determined at Shimuv's sole discretion and may change over time.
Shimuv reserves the right to:
- Delay, modify, suspend, or discontinue monetization features without prior notice
- Change eligibility criteria at any time
- Adjust payout rates, structures, or frequency
- Remove creators from monetization programs for policy violations
- Implement geolocation or regional restrictions
- Require verification, KYC (Know Your Customer), or tax documentation
- Modify or introduce new terms as the program evolves

When creator monetization is introduced, eligibility may consider factors such as:

- Engagement Metrics: Listens, saves, remixes, shares, and community interactions
- Community Participation: Collaborations, comments, feedback, and platform engagement
- Consistency of Activity: Regular uploads and ongoing content creation
- Rights Ownership: Verification of original creation or proper licensing
- Account Verification: Completion of identity verification and tax forms
- Regional Availability: Creator's geographic location and local regulations
- Account Age: Minimum tenure on the platform
- Content Quality: Technical and artistic quality standards
