Shimuv respects intellectual property rights and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). We prohibit uploading, distributing, or creating content that infringes copyrights or other intellectual property rights.

If you believe your copyrighted work has been infringed, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice. Your notice must include:

• Your name, address, and contact information
• Description of the copyrighted work
• Specific location of the infringing content
• Statement of good faith belief that use is not authorized
• Statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate
• Your physical or electronic signature

If your content is removed due to a DMCA notice, you may submit a counter-notification if you believe the removal was made in error. Your counter-notification must include:

• Your name, address, and contact information
• Identification of the removed content
• Statement under penalty of perjury that removal was in error
• Your physical or electronic signature
• Consent to jurisdiction of federal courts

Shimuv will, in its sole discretion and in appropriate circumstances, disable or terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe copyrights or other intellectual property rights of others. We maintain records of DMCA notices to identify repeat infringers.

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, Shimuv will:

• Remove or disable access to the infringing content within 24-48 hours
• Notify the content creator of the removal
• Preserve evidence for potential legal proceedings
• Process counter-notifications within 10-14 business days

Shimuv acts in good faith when processing DMCA notices and counter-notifications. Users who submit false DMCA notices or counter-notifications may be liable for damages, including legal fees.
